If you have a confirmed ticket booked through www.shohoz.com, please enter your ticket PNR and the mobile number you used during ticket purchase.
In case you have reserved a ticket thorugh bKash or opted for Cash on Delivery, and you want to cancel it, don't worry, it would be cancelled automatically due to non-receipt of payment.

How long does it take to receive refunds?
For bKash: The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
For card or internet banking/ Other MFS: The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Note: If the customer did not get the refund within the mentioned timeline, they are requested to call 16347 or mail us at info@shohoz.com.

- The offer is valid on limited seats; first come, first served basis up to total 5000 tickets and will be valid from 27th December 2015 to 9th January 2016
- Customers purchasing bus tickets through co-branded web portal www.shohoz.com/grameenphone, Shohoz.com Call Centre by dialing 16374 or Shohoz Partners using a valid Grameenphone mobile number, get a discount of 300 Taka per seat. Discount Code would be sent as an SMS to the Grameenphone mobile number used during the transaction
- The offer is applicable only on the first transaction using the same Grameenphone mobile number during the period when the offer is active. Precisely, customers can avail the discount offer using the same mobile number only once
- Maximum of 2 seats can be purchased with the discounted price using the same mobile number
- Tickets purchased through this offer are non-refundable and non-changeable (journey cannot be re-scheduled)
- In case of trip cancellation by bus operators or due to strike (Hartal), full ticket price including Shohoz Convenience Fee (excluding the discount) is refundable. However, the Shohoz Convenience Fee, the payment gateway fee / Bank charges, processing fee for mobile payment gateways as well as Cash on Delivery fee are non-refundable in case of ticket cancellation by users
